Providing Context for Leavitt’s Examples of ‘Violent Rhetoric’
Two days after an armed man tried to enter the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt cited rhetoric from Democrats that she said is “inspiring violence” against President Donald Trump and other Republicans. But several of the statements she quoted were stripped of their original context, a point that House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries made in a rebuttal.

She really is typical of a small town woman who knows little of the world and has never met educated and sophisticated people. As a result she has a distorted idea of herself and how educated and sophisticated people see her. She doesn’t realize that the standard that made her the darling of the metaphorical trailer park does not hold up among the intellectual and socio-economic elite. She’s such a bumpkin, bless her little heart.
Trump's press secretary after press secretary all lie like soulless automatons. It's infuriating to watch and is just one more thing that lessens the already failing USA. Hopefully, the unavoidable Second American Civil War will remediate the situation.
